This past Tuesday we went to Clark Elioak Farm in Ellicott City. It is a petting farm with lots to do for the little ones! They have pieces from the "Enchanted Forest," the first theme park in Maryland, and the 2nd oldest in the US (the first is Disneyland). The Enchanted Forest closed in 1988. Those that I have talked to that grew up in this area have wonderful memories of this park, even though it had no mechanical rides. It was really neat to go to the farm and see some of the pieces from the park, which are nursery rhyme-themed.

He didn't go down, but I did! |

Somewhere over the rainbow |

This is about as close to the animals as he would get (note there are no animals in the photo) |

The only slide he went down. He actually had to push himself to get to the bottom. |

The Three Bears' house |

There is a slide in the shoe. He didn't go down this one, either. |

Quinn tried to help Jill up, but she was too heavy |
|
That black speck he is looking at is the tiniest frog I have ever seen! |
|
From the side, the yellow slide looks like cheese, and no, he didn't go down this one either. |
